Reiki is energy work therapy and as such works with Ch’i, the activating energy of the universe and of All That Is. It works to enhance and conserve Ch’i by directing energy movement within the body. (This is the epitome of vibrational therapy.)

Energy effectively heals on all of the body’s levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki energy heals the whole person.The source of any physical dis-ease is more than physical and the nonphysical causes must be addressed for whole body wellness. A Reiki session shifts energy blockages in your body to allow your body’s natural healing to take place.

Reiki can also reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve healing, and can complement conventional medicine without interfering with it to support your body’s natural healing abilities.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, you remain fully clothed and lie face up on a massage table during the session. Blankets are provided for your comfort
