Mindful Living is a continual process of being aware of who you Truly are, and being responsible for the choices you make based on that awareness. It is coming into being with our Divine Self and our continuing existence beyond all the temporary vehicles and projections of matter and form. Personal mentoring is for those who wish to create, strengthen, support, and experience a deeper relationship with True Self. Focus is on establishing a personal practice, a more clear understanding of frequency and it’s role, support of process, and integration of Higher Self into daily life.

Each individual can expect to achieve a greater level of awareness, wholeness and personal growth. As a result, one can resolve lifetimes of old patterns and issues that block one in daily life. Whether you are just beginning to awaken to your journey or have been aware within it for lifetimes, this wisdom will accelerate your ability to expand emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Mindful living, when practiced daily, opens one to moving from believing that they can create their own reality to knowing it as their Truth.

Conscious Dying is a continuation of Mindful Living through the death process. It is the process of utilizing the dying process as an opportunity for profound healing and for spiritual awakening. Eastern traditions such as Hinduism and particularly Buddhism, as well as shamanic traditions, have explicit teachings that guide the dying through a conscious and graceful death. We all, at some point, come to the awareness of our Consciousness beyond the body. For those who wish to make the journey through the death process consciously, Trish created SAiD (Spiritual Aid in Dying). SAiD utilizes the dying process as an opportunity to become familiar with and learn how to navigate the non-physical realms and dimensions. We are Spiritual beings who possess the ability not only to create our current environment (Mindful Living), but to shape our continuing existence beyond this physical life as well (Conscious Dying). The practice of Conscious Dying allows the individual to explore the deeper parts of Divine Self/Spirit so that when the final chapter comes, one does not end up feeling lost or afraid - but joyful and ecstatic in the next part of the adventure.

When our bodies die, our Spirit - our Soul does not die. Our Spirit continues. Imagine moving through the transition process awake, calm and in a state of joy. Using Frequency, and from a state of Love one can navigate their own transition process! SAiD nurtures the sacred journey of this spiritual transformation. It utilizes holistic techniques and practices designed to familiarize the individual with the natural process of tranistion. Techniques and practices include Sound/Crystal/Aroma therapies, Reiki, meditation/visualization, and dreamwork. Trish has walked with hundreds of people through their process - including being on the ‘‘other side” with them - as they are transitioning. As a guide, she companions them through fears, doubts, and uncertainty allowing for a peaceful, profound, and conscious death.
